Returns Policy
We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange an item you’ve purchased from us if the item is faulty or damaged and you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving the order and provided photos and details of your concerns. Please do not dispose of the original item until we have spoken.
If you change your mind about a product and the product is unopened, unused and packaging is in good condition we are happy to offer a store credit if you have contacted us within 14 days of the order date. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please purchase mindfully.
For all returns, we require a copy of your original order receipt as proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item/s over 2,000 THB, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is not allowed once the payment has been made.
